Ecotypic variation and climate change; the evolution of species on islands; the effects of climate change and isolation on morphological evolution; the spread of Lyme disease in Southern Quebec in relation with climate warming and habitat fragmentation; functional morphology in fossil rodents and other mammals; competition and community size structure among coexisting species.
