Medium ground finch – Geospiza fortis Small tree finch – Camarhynchus parvulus

Large ground finch – Geospiza magnirostris Vegetarian finch – Platyspiza crassirostris

Notes: These are females or immature males. Mature males are pure black. Also, the finches differ in size but are all shown here at a standard size. This way the differences in beak shape are most obvious.
